With Japanese food being the most viral, hyped and exciting food in the world, we saw an opportunity to bring this concept to Brevard to showcase some of the lesser known but equally delicious Japanese desserts and snacks. Coupling that with our dedication to quality, no seeds oils, artificial dyes or flavors, we’re very excited to bring Koba to life in Cocoa Beach!

Fresh Boba, Kakigori & Japanese Bites

The main focus at Koba is high quality Japanese flavors, but with a more casual, grab and go vibe. Featuring craft boba, Kakigori Japanese shaved ice) and a variety of Japanese snacks like Kyoto style cold brew coffee, Japanese egg salad sandwiches, nigiri, Japanese potato salad, sushi rolls, matcha milk, mochi, and many other snacks that will change seasonally.

Chef Daniel has spent time in world class restaurants and his focus has been to bring these exciting, trending and viral concepts and cuisines to his hometown.

Really cute tea shop with amazing Kakigori (Japanese shaved ice) and boba tea! We tried the roasted oolong boba tea and honey dew, yuzu curd, and mint kakigori and everything tasted incredible! Will definitely be back

Tried the new Koba in Cocoa Beach and it’s an absolute 10/10! 🍓 I had the strawberries & cream boba and the matcha kakigori — both were incredible. The space is super cute, thoughtfully designed, and such a great addition to the area. Perfect spot to grab a treat and hang out. Definitely coming back! 💚🧋

All of our toppings, syrups, tea bases and snacks are made in house. We use no seed oils, no added preservatives, no food dyes, and sure organic where we can, such as organic whole milk, organic soy milk, organic matcha and more.
